Use the Contact Us form when you need to ask about a public app page, search result, download route, policy, subscription, or review. For a review correction or removal request, include enough non-sensitive information to identify your own submission. Submitting a message does not guarantee a particular response time or outcome.
How A Site Issue Is Investigated

Information Needed For A Deletion Request
An email address may be needed to identify a contact request, subscription, FAQ question, or review connected to the requester. Review display names and approved review text may be public, but the review email remains private. Privacy requests are considered only for records the website can reasonably identify and control.
